Sutherland Campus
Brealey Drive, Peterborough
Located in the heart of the Kawarthas on the western edge of the City of Peterborough and just two minutes off of Highway 115, Fleming’s Sutherland Campus is the college’s largest campus with approximately 3,500 full-time students.
With 200 acres of park-like green space, the campus features state-of-the-art learning and teaching facilities and six on-campus student residence buildings.
Downtown Peterborough, Trent University and connections to bus transportation are easily accessible via Peterborough Transit buses which stop at the front door of the campus.
The Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre is located on the grounds of Sutherland Campus and houses a triple gymnasium, aquatic facilities and the latest in fitness equipment. One of the gyms is the new home of the Fleming Knights varsity teams.
Full-time Fleming College students can use the fitness centre and join in intramurals and a variety of fitness classes, such as interval and endurance cycling, yoga, step and sculpt, and circuit crunch. Membership in the fitness centre is included in student fees.

Features of the Sutherland Campus:
- A technology wing with “smart” classrooms and labs devoted to staging, telecommunications, electronics and computer hardware
- Massage therapy student clinic and nursing labs
- Fulford's Dining Lounge - a teaching restaurant for foodservice, cooking techniques and bartending
- St. Joseph's at Fleming, a long-term care facility located on campus, providing an innovative learning environment and work placements for students.

Fleming’s McRae Campus is located in the heart of downtown Peterborough. This campus is fully equipped to offer specialized programs in Skilled Trades and Apprenticeships as well as a broad range of part-time studies.

Peterborough is a city of approximately 75,000 people located an hour north-east of the Greater Toronto Area. Home to both Fleming College and Trent University, the city is alive with student-focused shops, restaurants and activities.
